Frequently Asked Questions
Everything people ask us before they book. If your question isn't here, just call — we'd rather talk it through.
How much does it cost to rent a bounce house in Connecticut?
It depends on the unit, the date, and your town, so we quote every job directly rather than posting a list that's wrong half the time. What we can tell you up front: the price you're quoted is for a full day, not a 3- or 6-hour window. Delivery is charged separately and covers setup and takedown. There's no quote form and no waiting — call (860) 251-9520 and you'll have the all-in number in about a minute.
How long is a rental? Is it really all day?
Yes — a real full day, not a 3- or 6-hour window like a lot of companies. We drop off in the morning and pick up at the end of the day. If you need an overnight or multi-day rental, ask and we'll work it out.
Do you deliver and set up, or do I have to do it?
We deliver it, set it up, stake it down, and come back to take it apart — you don't touch it. Delivery is a separate charge on top of the rental, and it covers the setup and the pickup. It varies by job, so we quote it on the call along with everything else. If you'd rather skip it, our Pickup & Save units are three-day rentals you collect yourself at a lower rate.
What happens if it rains?
You reschedule or take a raincheck good for a full year, as long as you let us know at least 36 hours ahead. Tents are the exception — those we set up rain or shine, because rain is usually why you wanted one.
How much space do I need?
A standard castle needs about 20' x 20' of flat ground and a 4-foot gate to get through. Combos need closer to 25' x 25'. Obstacle courses need a long run. Not sure? Give us a call and describe the space — we do this all day and we'll tell you what fits.
Do I need power?
Every inflatable runs on a blower that needs a standard outlet within 100 feet. No outlet nearby — a park, a field, a big open lot — then add a generator and you're set.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance naming your school, church, town, or venue as additional insured. Just ask when you book.
Are the bounce houses clean?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. If anything ever shows up looking less than clean, call us and we'll make it right.
What towns do you deliver to?
We cover northern Hartford County: Granby, East Granby, Suffield, Enfield, Somers, Windsor Locks, Windsor, East Windsor, Simsbury. If you're just outside that list, call anyway — we can often make it work.
How far ahead should I book?
Summer weekends, graduation weekends in June, and the Fourth of July book out first. If you have a specific unit and a specific date in mind, earlier is better. That said, we get last-minute calls all the time — try us.
How do I pay, and do you take a deposit?
Call (860) 251-9520 and we'll walk you through it. We'll confirm your unit, your date, and the total before anything is locked in.
Do you do school field days and church events?
That's a big part of what we do. We have dedicated field day pricing on obstacle courses, water slides, and dunk tanks, and we're set up to handle the paperwork districts and parishes need.
