How Delivery Works
No surprises on party day. Here's exactly what happens from the time you book to the time we pull away.
1. You call, we check the date
Call (860) 251-9520 with your date, your town, and roughly how many kids. We'll tell you what's available and what fits. If you're torn between two units, this is the call where we talk you into the right one — usually the combo.
2. We show up before your guests do
We deliver in the morning and set up well ahead of your start time. Setup takes 20–30 minutes for a bounce house, longer for a big obstacle course or tent. You don't need to do anything but point us at the spot.
3. What we need from you
- Flat, clear ground. Grass is ideal. We can do driveways and pavement with sandbags — tell us ahead so we bring them.
- Gate access. About 4 feet of clearance to roll the unit through. If the only way in is through the house, let us know first.
- Power within 100 feet. A standard outlet runs the blower. No outlet? Add a generator.
- Pets picked up after. We're not judging, we just can't set up on it.
4. You get the whole day
Not three hours. Not six. The day. We come back at the end of it, take everything down, and load out. Most customers don't even come outside for that part.
5. If it rains
Let us know at least 36 hours ahead and you can reschedule or take a raincheck good for a full year. Tents are the exception — we set those up rain or shine, since rain is usually the reason you booked one.
